I am Laila Begum, and I am writing to you in deep distress. My husband has passed away, and I am left to care for my family on my own. My third daughter, Samima Akhter Tumpa, is a bright and promising student who is still unmarried. One day, I noticed something terribly wrong—her eyes suddenly turned red and started bleeding.
